Gentle Tok provides talk therapy and support to the general population with a specialized experience in the following areas:
~Medical issues such as Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), Stroke, Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), and other medical trauma.
~Grief and Loss
~Parenting High Needs Kids (living with their families or in the foster care system)
~Brain and Body health
Our goal is to help the individual, family and group to a place where they can see the light and open up their world so they can thrive.
